What will you do differently in 2025?

One of the features at every breakfast is our Around the Table NQ or as it's affectionately known as our 'second location'. After breakfast, attendees separate into new groups to introduce their business and share their thoughts on the topic of the day.

On February 14th, the question was, "What will you do differently (or focus on) in 2025?"

Here are just a few of the responses!

"Ask a few more questions to clients"

"I'm going to say NO. If I don't want to do it and it doesn't fit me, I'm going to park it"

"Personally, walk more. Professionally, after decades am going to start teaching!"

"I need to get out there a bit more, and when it comes to business I'm going to give it my all"

"I'm going to be embracing the new, it's all about growth, it's all about looking forward, getting out of our comfort zone and getting on with things".

"I'm going to get myself out there a little bit more, talk myself up a little bit more - that's why I'm here today".

"I just want to promote Townsville, I absolutely love it here."

"Get more strategic on my business, I also have an online business that I'm starting. Lots and lots of big plans and goals and just got to get disciplined and have a plan instead of just winging it."

"Remembering that if I'm saying yes to something, I'm saying no to something else - so make more discerning choices in my opportunities and investments"

"Take more action instead of falling into comfortable habits."

"Not assume. Not assume that you know what someone's thinking or what you've trained them...ask more questions"

"Move from manager to owner, working less IN the business to working more ON the business."
